Integration
Connect Strava once, then pull Sail, Windsurf, and Kitesurf activities into TillerWise for a deeper review than Strava’s generic activity view provides. Use Strava for capture and TillerWise for sailing-specific debriefs, VMG review, and manoeuvre analysis.
Stop downloading and re-uploading files after every session when the activity is already in Strava.
Eligible sail, windsurf, and kitesurf activities are separated from the rest of your training log.
You can revoke access from TillerWise or in Strava app settings whenever you need to.
Keep using Strava as the activity log, then send sailing activities into TillerWise for deeper analysis.
Reduce file handling when athletes already upload their GPS tracks to Strava after training.
Build a cleaner history of sailing-specific sessions without mixing in runs, rides, or gym work.
Strava is useful for activity capture and history. TillerWise adds the sailing-specific layer: VMG, manoeuvre quality, weather context, and progress tracking built around coaching review rather than generic activity summaries.
Once activities arrive, you can compare sessions over time to see whether your pace and execution are improving. Learn more about season progress tracking.
Strava import is optional. You can still upload GPX, FIT, KML, or TCX files manually when a session comes from another device or when you want to review a one-off track. The import exists to reduce friction for sailors who already trust Strava as their activity log.
TillerWise only imports eligible sailing activity data needed for review. You can disconnect Strava from the app or revoke access in Strava settings, then continue using manual uploads whenever that is the cleaner workflow.
